The Winks family has been a huge part of our lives for many years, and our hearts broke with the news of Kaitlyn's passing. Sending comfort and love to Dave, Jean, Kristoffer, little Gaige and the rest of the family at this time and always.

Always enjoyed my time around Kaitlyn, I was so saddened to hear of her passing. Your family is my thoughts and prayers. Gone to soon :heart:

I only was just getting to know Kaityn, what I figured out very quickly ....she didn't know a stranger,  her heart is full of love , her smile and eyes were infectious. She absolutely loves her family.  I'm going to miss her. We just started working together at the ROSC back in September.  Praying for peace and healing for her family.  ♡

My heart breaks for you guys.  
I wanted to share my favorite memory of Kaitlyn.  
You guys lived on Powell road at the time and I came over to visit.  Kaitlyn was probably 7 or 8 years old and when I got out of my car and started walking towards your house and Kaitlyn came running down your drive and jumped into my arms with her famous smile. The tears that I shed are for the happy memory that still lives with me.

I'm so sorry to hear of Kaitlyn's passing. We worked together in Columbus. I remember how she spoke of her son. He was her world. He was her absolute sunshine. Many prayers.

Although we have never formally met, I feel like I've known your family for years.   My brother-in-law, Dean Stickney built your beautiful home.  We got to see his great work when he finished.  Our kids went to high school together.   Recently our son Ryan and Kaitlyn reconnected their friendship.   My grandkids loved Kaitlyn and Gaige.  We are all heartbroken over this enormous loss.  Gone way too soon but hoping your memories will live forever in your hearts and bring you comfort.  She lives on in that little guy that you are so lucky to have in your life.  Lots of prayers said and will continue.

Dave and Jean,
I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of your daughter, Kaitlyn.  As a parent I can’t fathom the hurt and loss you feel.  My sincere condolences to you, Kristopher, and Gaige.  You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

We became friends the moment we met at the ROSC. She was kind, warm, fun-loving, and a great hard-working nurse. I encouraged her to believe in herself, work towards further professional certification (which she achieved!), and be confident of her own great worth. I thought the world of her, and will truly miss our too short friendship. A wonderful, beautiful young soul gone way too soon :broken_heart:
