James “Jimmy” John Sharp, Sr., age 40, passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2012. He was creative, laid back and loved by everybody. He was not afraid of anything and even after his motorcycle accident he found ways to adapt to do the things he wanted to do. He had a passion for cars, especially his “Marvin the Martian” green and black Chevy Camaro, and loved going to Cruisefest. Above all, he was a great dad. He is survived by his mother, Chicki (Mike) Gray and father, Alonzo (Sally) Sharp; beloved children, James Jr., Hannah, Brittany, Brandon, Jace and Morgan; fiancé, Bobbi Greenlee; stepchildren, Taya and Jordan; grandchildren, James III and Bentley; siblings, Amy and Erin Gray, Cheyenne and Alonzo Sharp; great-grandmother Wilma Gray; nieces, Kirsten and Janiah; nephew, Mikey; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and very special friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Helen Morgan, Alonzo and Margaret Sharp and Dick Gray and his namesake, Uncle Jimmy Morgan. Family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8pm Monday, June 18, 2012 and 11-12 Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at Schoedinger Hilltop Chapel, 3030 W.
