James Elmer Caudill, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, age 74, of Columbus, Ohio passed away on Friday March 20, 2020.
James is a Veteran of the Vietnam War where he was honorably discharged. In his younger working days, he was a landlord, and owned his own appliance store. He was an avid storyteller, enjoyed spending time in the country hunting and fishing. He also loved to collect anything of his own interest such as watches or old coins. He also loved spending time with his family.
Mr. Caudill is preceded in his death by his parents, Chloie and William Caudill. His survived by a wife, Lillian, three children: Lisa Shannon, James A. Caudill, and Rebecca Caudill. He also leaves behind six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Lois Ratcliff and Faye Estep. He is also preceded in his death by five brothers and four sisters.
A private funeral service will be held Friday March 27th, 2020 at Heart and Hope Funeral Home.
