Jack D. Smith

He is preceded in death by his parents Robert T. Smith Sr. and Lois J. Smith (Hysell).

Jack is survived by his daughters, Teresa A. Giammarco (Janice M. Smith, Mother) and Jacqueline M. Birchfield; grandchildren, Sean (Jen) Graham, Thomas E. Cox III, Christopher D. Birchfield, Lindsy M. Birchfield, and Shane W. Birchfield; great-grandchildren, Caylee Marie and Madison Grace Graham; sister, Sandy (Thad) Helfer and Bob (Linda) Smith, numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Jack was a loving, caring father and grandfather. He made sure his family was taken care of, loved to take care of the yard, tinker around in the garage, and loved fishing.

Jack's family will receive friends 6-8 pm on Tuesday March 16, 2021 at SCHOEDINGER NORTH, 5554 Karl Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43229. Guests are respectfully asked to wear a mask and attendance will be monitored to ensure safety for everyone attending.
