Helen Olga Chapman

She was born in Columbus on March 30, 1939 to the late Frederick and Betty Bauman. She also joins her husband James Chapman; granddaughter Anna Marie Murray; daughter in law Teresa Murray; William J. Murray, Sr., her first husband; three siblings: Pat Choat, Fred Bauman and Richard Bauman.

A devoted mother, she dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory: William J. (Kimberly) Murray, Jr., John F. (Karina Kern) Murray, Jeri (Jeff) Murray Heskett, Michael Murray and Jill (Matt Osborn) Murray; grandchildren: Max Murray, Brittany Murray, Joseph Murray and Brandon Osborn; and great grandchild Rylan Ward Osborn; siblings: Paul Bauman, Martha Master and Shirley McGomery; numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

A life-long resident of Columbus. Helen retired from the Limited Co. after 19 years of dedicated service.

Visitation will be held from 6-8pm, Thursday, April 14th at SCHOEDINGER NORTH, 5554 Karl Road, where her Funeral Service will be held at 10am, Friday, April 15th. Pastor Ralph Short, officiating. Interment will follow at Northlawn Memory Gardens.
