Hayley Nicole Cook

Hayley was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, double majoring in Sociology/Psychology with a minor in Spanish. She spent 5 years working within a charter school, KIPP Columbus, before training as a Certified Health Coach and Doula. Hayley loved spending time outdoors in the sun, especially with her dog Bella.

Hayley will be greatly missed by her father, Rodney, her brothers, Adrian and Christian, her sister, Makayla, her fiancé Nick and her dog Bella. She was preceded in death by her mother, Heather, and her brother Josh.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM on Monday, June 20, 2022 at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST, 1740 Zollinger Road, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Funeral Service will be held at 3PM on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at Heritage Christian Church, 7413 Maxtown Road, Westerville, Ohio 43082.
