Harold "Ted" Richards, age 76, passed away December 23, 2014, at Manor at Whitehall, one day following the death of his beloved daughter Toni Taylor. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Tempie (Stroud) Richards and son Todd Richards. Affectionately remembered as Papa to his grandchildren Robert Taylor Jr. and Megan Taylor; also survived by his son-in-law Robert Taylor Sr. and his sister, Norma Claffey. Ted was born September 18, 1938 in Logan, Ohio and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7pm Monday, December 29, 2014 at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E.
