Gregory Ellsworth Wilson, 49, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021. He was born March 1, 1972 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was a 1990 graduate of Lexington H.S. and a graduate of DeVry University. Greg was an employee of Opex for 27 years. He was very proud of his rights as an American. He honored the flag and was very patriotic. Greg was loved by all. He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Greg adored his family. They did everything together. He was so proud of his “beautiful hot wife” and his amazing boys. He enjoyed playing basketball with them and swimming in the pool that they had in their back yard. Greg also enjoyed spending time on his deck that he built himself. He regularly sat around his fire pit with a cigar and enjoyed a dark beer. Greg was a true Steelers and Buckeye fan. He loved his Terrible Towel. He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Betty V. Shrader. Greg is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Tia (Thompson) Wilson; beloved sons, Gavyn, Corbyn, Kyle, and Nicholas; and many other relatives and friends.
