My thoughts and condolences are with the entire Maloof family as you celebrate the long and happy life of Papa Maloof. For as sad as this time is and as much as I know you all will miss him, a man as warm and wonderful as he was, who lived such a successful and exemplary life deserves a celebration. I know you all take great pride in being his much extended family and will always remember with great fondness the fantastic life he lived and how it made your life better to have been in his company.

Marlene and Billl Rushay offer our sincere condolences to the  wife and family of Fred Maloof. My sister Verna and her husband, Ron Fisher always had the nicest things to say about Fred. We had the pleasure of meeting Nadia and her husband, David Ritchey at family reunions over many years.

The Maloof Family were the best neighbors a family could ask for. Fred was a very loving father. I remember the special sesame candies he brought back from Lebanon, the great baklava, and kibbie they always made I can still hear him calling the boys in for dinner when his Audi pulled in the driveway ... Eddy!  Michael!  He will be missed!

My sister and I met the Maloof family while attending DeSales HS when we became friends with Nadia.  We have many fond memories of the time spent with Nadia and her family.  Mr. and Mrs. Maloof were always so welcoming.  Nadia and I still meet for lunch where we reminisce and catch up on current family business.  I love asking Nadia "Where in the world is your family going this year together?"  What wonderful memories Mr. and Mrs. Maloof provided for their family...  I am sure Mr. Maloof will be watching from Heaven whenever  the family travels,  with a smile on his face.  May God Bless the Maloof family. Fondly, Cherie and Mary (Hensel)

The Saint Matthias and Saint Francis DeSales High School communities have been enriched over the years by the Maloof family.  For those who have been blessed to interact with the Maloof's it was very clear that they were led by loving parents who prioritized faith , family and country.  

The greatest legacy a man can leave is a loving and impactful family in that regard Mr. Maloof was blessed beyond measure.  May the angels lead him to paradise and may perpetual light shine upon him.

To Fred Maloof family, our deepest condolences to all. The "board" here at Northland Senior Village II, 4141 Karl Rd. were saddened to hear of Fred's passing. He was an owner of units here and if ever a problem, just call Fred and things were handled. He
would take of things in a quiet manner, but you could depend he handled it. We will keep

My heart goes out to all of the Maloofs, a wonderful and strong family whose foundation is love.  I feel lucky to have had the chance to know this wise and kind man, whose heart was easy to know in each word and gesture.  His legacy is so strain all of you.  I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers during this sad time.

He was a great guy!

The entire Lampe family sends condolences for the loss of such a kind and good man. I think I first met "Mr. Maloof" when I was 14 or 15, and his quiet yet friendly manner always reminded me of my own dad. May he rest in peace.

Dearest Kay, Michael, Ed, Lyla, Nadia, spouses, and children: My deepest condolences on your loss. Fred was an absolute treasure, a pillar of the community, and a dear friend. He embodied all that was good about his Lebanese culture. He was a family man, loving, kind, and a man of faith. Thanks to his generosity, I had a place to live near OSU campus while I finished my college education. All he asked for in return was an occasional package of my mother’s homemade Arabic flatbread. My family and I will never forget his generosity. God bless you all.
