Evelyn A. Engle, age 85, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home on Thursday, February 4, 2016 with her family by her side. Evelyn was born to Robert E. and Alice E. (Henry) Jones on November 20, 1930 in Wellston, Ohio. She graduated from Harvey Wells High School and moved to Columbus where she worked and attended Bliss College. She married William Fultz, moved to Grove City, and they had seven children. Evelyn spent her life raising her children. She taught them to be strong, work hard, love one another, and have faith in God. It was her faith that helped shape the people they are today. Evelyn had a loving personality. She enjoyed bowling at Stardust Lanes and Grove City Lanes for many years. Evelyn and Kenny Engle were married in 1973. Evelyn spent twenty-six years at her son Tommy's bedside, tending to his every need. Preceding her is husband, Kenny Engle, sons, John and Tommy Fultz, mother, Evelyn Beabout and sister, Bethelem Miller. Surviving sons, Bill Fultz (Trilby) and Steve Fultz, (Debbie). Daughters, Carol Neal (Marvin), Sherry Fultz Stewart (John) and Barbie Fultz (Rob Timmons) and Jim Burge who was like a son to her. Evelyn had thirteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson and three brothers, Robert, Marshall and Tim Thompson. She will be missed by many and we are blessed to have her in our hearts forever. Family will receive friends from 1-5 p.m., Sunday, February 7, 2016 and one hour prior to the service on Monday at SCHOEDINGER GROVE CITY CHAPEL, 3920 Broadway, where a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m, Monday, February 8, 2016. Interment to follow at Grove City Cemetery.
