Emma Netta Mullins passed away Wednesday November 4, 2015 at Tuscany Gardens in Pataskala, OH. Known by many as "Moon". She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur A. Mullins, her parents Elmer and Cecelia Longcoy, sisters Leona L. Allen and Marie C. Davis. She is survived by her son Scott M. (Susan) Stein, of Layton, UT, her grandson Shaun M. Stein of Layton, UT, her brother Lewis I. Longcoy and sister Rose M. Kennedy, both of Mt. Sterling, OH, dear friend and love of her life, Charles Bowman Mount Vernon, OH, dear friends John and Cynthia Kaffanna and Laurel Bowman and many nieces and nephews.
