Dorothy A. Drugan

Dorothy A. Drugan, age 90, of Pickerington, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at StoryPoint Assisted Living in Pickerington, She was born December 1, 1933 in Columbus, Ohio. Daughter of the late Paul and Florence (Holt) Drugan. Dorothy was a retired statistician with Ohio Dominican University for over 45 years. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Christine (Kevin) Mossman, Curtis (Kathy) Smith, Robert (Nancy) Smith, Stephen (Kisha) Smith, Regina Smith, Debbie Bird, Gail (Jack) Lazak, Thomas Bird, Timothy (Stephanie) Bird; cousin, Ann Pettis; numerous great nieces and great nephews and many friends. Besides her parents, Dorothy was preceded in death by her sisters- and brothers-in-law, Eileen (Richard) Bird and Mary Lou (Lawrence) Smith and longtime dear friend, Tom Parmalee. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s of the Springs High School and received a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Dominican University. Dorothy was an animal advocate especially for cats, loved playing cards with the Gab Club girls and family and in her younger years enjoyed bowling and tennis. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Christ the King Catholic Church, 2777 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, OH 43209. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
