Doris F. Borror

Doris F. Borror, 90, of Grove City, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Mt. Carmel Medical Center. She was born May 25, 1919 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Walter and Gerella Wears. Doris is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Alvin Borror, who passed away in 1995; her son, Harvey; grandson, Greg; brother, Harry Wears and sister, Beatrice Southall. Doris is survived by her children, Larry (Joyce) Borror, Becky (Ron) Stewart, Clinton (Karen) Borror; daughter-in-law, Brigitte Borror; 11 grandchildren; 1 granddaughter-in-law; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Esther Swank, Audrey Smith and Louise Doty. Doris was a longtime member of Concord Methodist Church and presently a member of Buckeye Christian Church. She was an avid gardener and a wonderful cook but, above all, she was devoted to her family and loved by all. Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00PM Thursday, January 7, 2010 at the SCHOEDINGER-NORRIS CHAPEL 3920 Broadway Grove City where the funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, January 8, 2010. With visitation 10:00AM until time of service. Dr. Ron Stewart and Rev. Stan Kirtland will be officiating with interment at Concord Cemetery.
