Dawn Sarah Jackson, age 44, passed away suddenly on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Dawn was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 16, 1979 to Lawrence Wimbley and Arlene Sarah Weaver. She had a passion for reading and Pokemon video games and trading cards. Dawn enjoyed make-up and spending time making up her girls too. She was a collector of cups which included many Starbucks mugs. Dawn will be remembered for being tenacious and a beautiful woman. She was preceded in death by her parents Larry Wimbley and Arlene Rapp. Survived by her husband of 27 years, Dion Jackson; children, Mariah Dawn Lilley, Champagne Skye Jackson, Te’Lysa Reign Jackson and Giovanni Jackson; grandson, Jensen Noble Ryver Johnson; siblings, Tasha Rapp, Meko Martin, Robert Wimbley, Lee Wimbley and Thomas “Buddy” Weaver; many other relatives and friends. A private cremation will take place. Arrangements entrusted to Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services by Schoedinger Hilltop.
