I was very saddened by this news. I haven't seen Dad in several years but he taught me so much about family values and about complete faith in the Lord. He was a father and also a teacher to me. He truly changed the way I pray. 

I have so many wonderful memories I hold dear and they make me smile even now in this sad hour. I am so sorry...

Times with you were so special and the memories are sweet ..i miss you Dad but i know you are in a much better place ...
Thank-you for being the example that you were to us ..for teaching us the ways of life and that it all begins with putting our faith,trust and love in God ...
So many memories flood my mind..i can't begin to name them all ..but i remember how you would sing praises unto our God and showed your love for Him to all...i remember how you'd hug me if i fell and scraped my knee and how you'd hold my hand as you would pray for me ...i remember your smile and your laughter and will keep all these close to me ...You are forever in my heart and that is how i know you will always be with me 
I love you Dad with all my heart and will always hold you dear ...i know you are up in Heaven and are waiting for us there ...i want to put my arms around you and hug you very tight but until i can again please know you are always on my mind ...i love you Dad and can't wait to see you again

Rembering the times when i would be riding with you in the car home from school or whereever we happened to be that day and the whole ride home you would be singing scriptures or singing old gospel hymns. To this day i still know a lot of the old songs that they sing in church when no one else my age knows them and its because of you. I loved going camping out at pike lake and the trips to old mans cave. The year we went and my sisters and I had the chicken pox but yet you still made the trip fun for us too. Paddleboating around the lake and those dizzy rides at kings island it was always fun just to be with you. Those times when you would make veggies that I didn't like but yet we were at paw paw's house so we had to eat them. I loved going picking for blackberries just to come home and make jam so we could have a peanut butter and jam sandwich. Those times when i would come over with my dad to watch football but got tired of sitting there and wanted to get up and play but had to walk the long way around so i didn't walk in front of the tv... Those are the times that i remember and I will always cherish those memories... I love you Grandpa!!!!

We bow our heads in umble submission to the will of God who is our Lord Christ Jesus.  Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you during the lost of your beloved father.  Although we did not him personally I have the pleasure to have as a coworker Julie.  She is such a wonderful light to others around her.  This is the seed of what I understand such a great man.  Who upheld the standard for Christ.  May God continue to use your family to be a light for others as this man has run his course and kept the faith.  So shall he ever be present with the Lord. When you shall see him again.Psalms 74:24 You will keep guiding me with your counsel, leading me to a glorius destiny.25 Whom have I in heaven but you? I desire you more than anything on earth.26 My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak but God remains the strength of my heart he is mine forever.

My grandfather.... where to begin... there truly is no amount of words that could give you a view of the character of such an extraordinary man. No one had a grandpa like ours, and sadly enough for the rest of the world, you've missed out greatly. An example of JESUS at all times. Constant peace, and wisdom, even in the moments of discipline. How on earth, he kept straight the names of 18 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren will forever be beyond me. But he loved us all, and we all, without a doubt knew that fact. From berry picking, to jerky making days when the oven sat cracked open a bit. The times he would open his weary looking, much used Bible, that then became a large print Bible... followed by the Bible on tape. His array of t-shirts that shared the gospel wherever he went, red suspenders, and a sharp tounge for comedy. "How you feelin grandpa?" "With my hands" I can't sneak you york peppermint patties anymore, but we kept that secret well didn't we paw paw? Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints. While we weep paw paw, heaven rejoices. Dance the streets of gold.... we'll bein seein you....

My Dad cecil E. Mossburg Jr. is a great man & the best example of the love , compassion, kindness, & forgiveness of GOD that I've ever seen in a man he gave his life to JESUS many years ago & lived it faithfully giving him praise , honor, worship, & striving to please the LORD never hesitating to tell of the Glory of GOD, lifting his voice in song & hands in praise to the LORD where ever he was whether he was working,
walking along the rail road tracks picking berries, driving down the street, or grocery shopping he would sing praises unto our GOD with his hands raised thanking & worshipping JESUS CHRIST telling HIM , how great THOU art!!!!!! Thank you Dad for 
your example of JESUS for me . The Word tells us to be absent from this body is to be present with the LORD . I know that is where you are with your arms raised & singing songs of praise to the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY!!!!! I love you pops.
