Carol E. Hagerty, age 84, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Carol was born in Lincoln, Illinois to the late Norman and Hazel (Baughman) Werth. Also preceding in death was her brother “Emil” Werth. Carol was a lover of all animals, especially the rabbits and birds that visited her back yard daily. Carol also loved baseball and was a life-long fan of the NY Yankees. Carol will be deeply missed by her husband of 65 years Thomas Hagerty; sons Brian (Jane) and Mike; daughter Beth (Jeff); grandchildren Hailey, Graham and Max Hagerty; sister Linda Sullivan; and nephews Kyle (Vondi) Sullivan, Kraig (Denise) Sullivan, and niece Kim (Rob) Hall. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Columbus Humane, 3015 Scioto Darby Executive Court, Hilliard, Ohio 43026. At the present time, no Memorial has been planned.
