Arthur J. Milner Sr., of Westerville, OH passed away May 29, 2015. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Avenue AME Church for more than 70 years. Preceded in death by his parents, Isiah and Ruth Milner, beloved wife, Geneva; 4 sisters, 4 brothers, son, Arthur J. Milner Jr. He is survived by his loving daughter, Joanne Fulford, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and their family and friends. Mr. Milner requested there be no viewing or church services. Family will receive friends Friday June 5th at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL 6699 N.
