Aidan was our beloved Son and brother …… Dawn, Mark, and Liam will mourn and miss him forever. He was loved deeply by all his large extended family and friends, and he gave it right back! His life was taken far too soon, but his spirit over that short time will live in memory. He will be looked after by many family members who have passed, and not least his Irish Granddad who went before him only a few shorts weeks ago, and is there to put his arm around him and keep him safe!
He played soccer, lacrosse, and loved to snowboard and skateboard! Also he developed a great love of music and all of his festival mates will shed a tear at the next occasion and perhaps dedicate a song to him …… he would like that! Never one to sit still and now though his body rests his soul soars.
He was so proud of his career accomplishments both at DLZ where he was a Geological Technician, and most recently being accepted into the Apprenticeship Electrician Program. His future was bright, and his smile as well. He was such a caring, gentle, giving, and loving young man we don't think he would even know the hole he leaves in all the hearts of those he met.
He spent many days and nights with his grandparents David and Leslie Brokaw, and they had a special place in his heart.
A Celebration of Life Service for Aidan will be held at 7pm on Friday, June 9, 2017 at the Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 North High Street. The family will receive friends from 5pm until the time of the service. Please consider a memorial contribution to thepeercenter.org.
His most common signing off was a great big hug and "I love you" …… so our final words to him will always be "I love you Aidan" wrapped in a hug!
