

Jr. was born in Albany New York, the son of William Eastwood Barlow, Sr. and Elizabeth Barlow. He married Vicky Davis on October 12, 1982 in Clear Water Beach, Fla.
He was a graduate of Dixie Hollands High School in St. Petersburg, FL and attended Oklahoma State University. Jr. volunteered and served ford two tours in Viet Nam with the U. S. Marine Corp. He was a chef and had worked for the Ramada Inn and the Holiday Inn here in Columbus. He was an avid college football fan and followed the Oklahoma Sooners as his favorite team and was a member of the Columbus VFW.
Jr. is survived by his wife, Vicky Davis Barlow of North Vernon; children, William Eastwood Barlow III, St. Petersburg, Annie Barlow and James Barlow of North Vernon; his granddaughters, Arminda Wickens and Malina Barlow, North Vernon; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Mark, Kendall, Linda and Mary.
There will be a celebration of Jr.’s life a 6:00 p. m. at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th St., Columbus which will follow the gathering of family and friends from 3-6:00 p. m. In keeping with Jr.’s wishes, cremation is planned with private burial later. Memorials for Jr. may be sent to the Soldiers Missing IN Action fund.
