She was born October 26, 1939 in Columbus to Phillip C. and Virginia C. Baker. They preceded her in death.
Sandra was a registered nurse completing her associate degree at Marion College and her bachelor degree at Indiana University. She was a nurse for six years at the former Bartholomew County Hospital and taught nursing classes for two years at Ivy Tech. She retired from the State of California Department of Health Services after ten years of employment.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Diane Harrison; and step-mother, Mary Winchester.
Surviving are her loving children, Susan Roseman of Indianapolis, Thomas “Hank” (Vickie) Mueller, Jr., of Columbus, and Keith (Emilia) Mueller of Flint, TX. Also surviving are eight grandchildren and several nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday December 11, 2020 at Garland Brook Cemetery.
