I found a rock in Crystal Lake in Frankfort, Mi with this young man’s name on it, painted nice with a lighthouse on it. My Condolences. He must have been a great kid. Every moment is a gift. No matter how young a person is when they die, they were given a chance to see and experience this place and these people, in this way, for that time. Truly a blessing.

   I'm so deeply saddened and sorry for the loss of Peyton. :(  I know this loss has to be so traumatic for all of you.  My heart breaks for your entire family. When I heard of Peyton's death, my heart sank.  I had the pleasure of having Peyton in Senior US Government Class.  He was wise beyond his years.  He displayed a good knowledge of current affairs and added valuable insight in class discussions.  The world lost a fine young man!

My memories of Peyton are all so wonderful I loved him like a son, he was a protector a fighter for fairness a animal lover and a truly great person all the birthdays the Christmas’s the summers and all the great card games we played together were truly the best times I’ve ever had he had a heart of gold and is someone who could never be replaced. Peyton I told you many times how much I loved you and what you meant to me. I’ll love you forever and a day. Love Toy or Tonya which is a memory in itself.


Peyton, we miss you dearly. You were such an amazing friend. It doesn’t feel real, you should still be here. Until we meet again, we all love you. Rest easy, Peyton. 

This is one of Peyton's most happiest moments as you can tell by the smile on his face. Grandma and Grandpa V are so blessed to be a part of that time.  We so much love our baby grandson and will miss you.

I remember Peyton running around with his brothers being a boy.  Not a care j in the world except having fun.  This comes as a shock. GOD BLESS YOU YOUNG MAN.

This picture was taken after my parents and I moved into a different house and Peyton helped us the whole time, Peyton would offer to do anything for anybody, I miss him already, a piece of my heart will always be with Peyton, he will forever be loved. 

I’m speechless, my brother was my world, he was more then a brother to me but a great friend and great therapist, he really would turn a bad situation into a everyday sort of thing; I really don’t know if that’s a good thing but it seemed like it was at the time. Peyton was one of the goofiest I have and will ever know. I remember sneaking into his room at nights and play games when our Dad was asleep after a long day; and we’d talk about girls and crack a few jokes and laugh, and really that’s what woke our Dad up every time I snuck into his room. I will never forget him and his hot sauce phase, one thing I sadly witnessed was when he tried red hot with Cinnamon Toast Crunch; “It wasn’t as bad as I thought”,btw words from Peyton not me. I will forever think about you man, I love you.

Bonfires, roasting marshmallows, and spending time with all the kids & eachother. Long talks lots of laughs and catching up on anything and everything we could think of that night. Our last night together, the last time I got to give you a hug.
