Jeanne Joslin, 84, of South Station Drive, died at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Joslin had been employed in retail as a cashier for several local retailers, including Hooks Drugs.
Jeanne enjoyed crossword puzzles and listening to gospel music. She was a member of the Cathedral of Praise.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Myers-Reed Chapel on 25th Street with Bishop Bob Vance officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of South Central Indiana Tree of Life program.

Born in Columbus May 4, 1927, Mrs. Joslin was the daughter of Lewis and Nancy Byrd Turner. She married Carl Joslin Jr., in Columbus. He preceded her in death in 1990.
Mrs. Joslin is survived by daughters, Linda Croddy and Carla Sebastian; both of Columbus; grandchildren, Eric Joslin of Columbus, Jami (Kimberly) Sebastian of West Virginia, Mikel (Cristie) Sebastian of Columbus; a sister, Nettie Turner of Maine; a brother, Roger (Lorene) Turner of Columbus; and great-grandchildren, Evan Joslin of Columbus, Lacy Joslin and Preston Joslin, both of Franklin, and Gavin Sebastian of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a sister, Dora Hadley; and brothers, Pete, U.J., Jack and Donnie Turner.
