Eileen M. Forster

Mrs. Forster was a graduate of Methodist Hospital School of Nursing and a former registered nurse with Columbus Regional Hospital. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church at Clifty.

Her family and home were number one and she loved watching sports on TV.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul Lutheran Church at Clifty, 6045 E. State St., with Pastor Douglas Bauman officiating. Calling will be from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church. Burial will be at St. Paul Lutheran Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana or St. Paul’s Growing with Christ’s Love Fund.

Born in Columbus August 18, 1927, Mrs. Forster was the daughter of Elmer and Emma Voelz Nolting. She married Karl Forster Nov. 26, 1950, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband; children, Mark Forster of Columbus, Kevin (Sophie) Forster of Franklin, TN, Ann (Dale) Gamble of Columbus, Brian (Karen) Forster of Olathe, KS, and Beth Horn of Columbus; sisters, Lucille Arnholt and Rosalyn Norman, both of Columbus; a brother, Charles (Betty) Nolting of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Leroy "Butch" and Danny Nolting.
