Bradley R. Blair, 50, of Columbus, Indiana passed from this life on Thursday September 7, 2017 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus, after a long hard battle with diseases of the liver and kidney.
He was born in Beloit, Wisconsin on October 26, 1966, the son of James L. and Janice C. Blair.
Brad is survived by his father, James, Brothers Timothy of Portage, Wisconsin, Thomas of Columbus, and David of Bloomington, Indiana, as well as his daughter Sara Blair of Princess Lake, Indiana and Cody Blair of Seymour, Indiana. Brad is also survived by his grandchildren Madison, Thomas, Elizah, and Diana Sheckles.
He was preceded in death by his mother.

Brad graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in Beloit, Wisconsin in 1987.
He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing, as well as being an avid sports fan, especially the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bears, Indiana Pacers, and Chicago Blackhawks.
The funeral service will be held Monday, September 11, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Myers-Reed Chapel with Reverend John Armstrong officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Myers-Reed Chapel is serving the Blair family.
