"Bax" as he was known to his Law Enforcement family in BLUE, was retired from Dunedin Police Department, Dunedin, Fl. with 24 years of service. He was a graduate of Columbus High School, Columbus, Ga., Auburn University, Auburn, Al., with a degree in business, and Nova University in Florida, with a Masters degree in Criminology and Pinellas Police Academy.
Evans was predeceased by his parents, Sherwood, Edith, and Louise Baxley.
His 2 beloved furbabies, Buffy and Shadow, crossed the Rainbow Bridge before him as well, and will be with him always.
He is survived by and will be missed by his family and many friends.
He left behind, and will be missed by, his very special loved one of Cuthbert, Ga.
