A Graveside service commemorating Bob’s Service to his Country and his Life will be held at 1:00PM Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery, Fort Mitchell, AL.

Bob was born August 5, 1941 in Pittsburgh, PA, son of the late Charles and Virginia Beitel. He was a retired U.S. Army Master Sargent and Life member of the VFW, 10558; he also was a retired local entrepreneur owner of the ‘The Bronze Boot Lounge’. His presence will be greatly missed but he will live on in our memories and hearts forever.

In addition to his parents Bob was preceded by his wife Marilynn and son Bobby. Bob is survived by his daughter Linda Walls, her husband Steve, a sister Jeanne Wessner, her husband Bernie, and a daughter-in-law Remona Beitel. Other survivors include 3 grandchildren Tonya Landes, her husband Jeremy, grandson, Stephen Walls and granddaughter Amanda Collins, her husband Russ and six great-grandchildren.
