Raymond Bruce Davis, Sr. November 12, 1947 - October 5, 2010 PHENIX CITY, AL— Raymond Bruce Davis, Sr. 62 of Phenix City, AL. died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at the Jack Hughston Hospital in Phenix City, AL.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 7, 2010 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA. 31907 with Reverend Hank Reeves officiating. Interment will follow in Parkhill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Davis was born in Columbus, GA. on November 12, 1947 to the late William Frank Davis and Maudie Mae Greshem Davis. He was retired from Swift Spinning Mill and American General. He was currently working as an Agent with Unitrin/Mutual Savings.
Survivors include his son, Ray B. Davis, Jr. (Terri) of Columbus, fiance, Linda Simmons of Phenix City, two sisters, Barbara Arnold (Kenneth) of Columbus and Connie McArthur of Columbus, two grandchildren, Raymond B.
