Pamela was born on November 13, 1953 in West Bend, Wisconsin to June and William Fields. Due to both her mother and father serving in the military, she moved around a lot but has resided in Alabama for the past 40 years. Pamela worked in healthcare with a Certification in Phlebotomy. She worked at The Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia and later went to work at LabCorp where she retired from in 2019 after over 20 years of working.
She loved to crochet and read mystery novels as well as many more books. She was a die hard Auburn Tigers and Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed fantasy movies such as Harry Potter and Star Wars. However, the thing she loved the most was her family. She was a wonderful mother and friend and never met a stranger and was the most compassionate, selfless, loving person that her family knew. She loved her husband, her children, and her grandson who were all her world, as well as her friends whom she treated like family.
Pamela is survived by her loving husband, Jeffery Butts; her children, Meaghan Riale (Kat) and Seth Butts; her grandson, Brock Riale; her siblings, Bill Fields (Lora) and Shannon Kirkland; her nephews, Benjamin Kirkland and Sean Kirkland (Casey); her niece, Katherine DaSo (Sebastian); as well as her cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, William R. Fields Sr; her mother, June Kocher; and her brother, Storm Patrick Fields.
