Mildred E. Northcutt

A Visitation of Family and Friends will be held in the St. Elmo Room of Striffler-Hamby Tuesday, March 11, 2019 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2019 at 11:00 AM in Parkhill Cemetery, Columbus, GA.

Mrs. Northcutt attended Norman College, Stetson University and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. The Northcutt's were IMB Baptist Missionaries to Peru, and Columbia, South America, where she taught in the Baptist Seminaries and she was active in the women's ministries. She was a member of Wynbrook Baptist Church in Columbus, GA.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Dr. Irvin Lanier Northcutt, and her parents, Mr. F.C. and Mrs. Geneva Meadows of Columbus, GA. Mrs. Northcutt is survived by three children: Donald Irvin Northcutt and wife Barbara of Sumpterville, FL., David Lanier Northcutt and wife Beth of Clearwater, FL., and Cathy Northcutt Roth and husband Randy of Flippin, AR.; brother, Reverend John Foy Meadows and his wife Norma of Phenix City, AL. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews to cherish her memory.
