Graveside services for Ms. Smith will be held 1:00 pm, on Monday, October 15, 2012 at Parkhill Cemetery.
Visitation for Ms. Smith will be held from 4-6 pm, on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary 4071 Macon Road Columbus.
Lisa Kaye Smith was born January 21, 1963 to the late Earl and Eunice Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings, Linda Chambers and Laura Smith.
Survivors include her cousins, Murlene Franklin, Gerald Lumpkin, Nancy Coan, and a lifelong friend Cynthia Johnson, one nephew, Billy Chambers, and her special family from Columbus Housing Authority and personal friends.
Flowers will be accepted or memorial contributions may be made to the John B. Amos Cancer Foundation 1831 5th Avenue Columbus, GA. 31907 or to Columbus Hospice 7020 Moon Road Columbus, GA. 31909 in memory of Lisa Kaye Smith.
