Joe’s hobbies were going to the casino, doing fundraisers for Harley Runs, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a proud U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He was a lifelong member of the VFW on Lee Road 240 in Phenix City, AL. Joe retired from Kellogg’s Bakery in 2010 after 20 years of service.
Survivors include his mother, Edna Earl Regan of Lawrenceville, GA; his siblings, Diane Regan (Curt) Linpinsel of Loganville, GA, C. L. (Lisa) Regan of Salem, AL; his children, Kerry Pevey of Columbus, GA, Tammy Adams of Phenix City, AL; his grandchildren, Kaitlan McDonough, Keith (Desiree) Adams, Kolby (Raven) Oliver, Cory (Lexi) Adams; his great-grandchildren, Ally Bryan, Brooklyn Adams, Kennedy Adams, Cory Adams, Jr., Jade Adams, Addison Oliver; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Joe was preceded in death by his father, Charles Lindy Regan; his brothers, James Ronald Regan and Terry Wayne Regan.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Edgewood Hall, 4071 Macon Road, Columbus, GA 31907 on Friday afternoon, November 15, 2024 at 2:00PM. Brother James Bailey will be officiating services. Family will visit with friends at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Edgewood Hall, in Columbus, GA on Thursday evening, November 14, 2024 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Burial will held at Parkhill Cemetery, Columbus, GA.
