Linda Loaine West Chandler: August 21, 1944 - January 1, 2022, Columbus, Georgia - Linda Loaine West Chandler, 77, of Columbus, Georgia, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2022. Linda was the beloved wife of Jerry Wayne Chandler and cherished the time she spent with her family and friends. She was the daughter of the late Vernon West, Sr. and Aralee Goodwin West. Linda was born August 21, 1944, in Columbus, Georgia. She was an employee of Kmart for 17 years. A kind, loving, and generous lady, she loved to laugh, enjoyed crocheting, reading, watching old Westerns, and playing on her iPad. She was a beloved member of the 31st Street Church of Christ, touching the lives of everyone she met. She was a loving wife, mother and mother-in-law, a wonderful grandmother and great-grandmother, a dear sister and aunt.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon Sr. and Aralee West; and brother Vernon West, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Chandler; sons, Jeff (Sandra) Chandler; Jimmy (Allison) Chandler; Robbie (Kim) Chandler; granddaughter, Ariel (Jake) Hopkins; grandsons, Jarrod Chandler, Wilkes Chandler and Wade Chandler; great-grandson, Jase Noah Chandler; sister, Faye (Gerald) Cain; and many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
