Josephine Hofmann McMahan

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Sunday April 23, 2023 in the St. Elmo room of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Columbus, GA.

Josephine was born in Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany on September 4, 1936 to the late George Hofmann and Margaret Zillmer Hofmann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Edward McMahan and a son, Ricky McMahan. Josephine was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Survivors include her seven children, Fredy Hofmann (Christa), Harold McMahan, Michael McMahan, Gary, McMahan (Twila), Sandra McMahan Herman (Roger), Johnny McMahan and Dana McMahan Elmore and a daughter-inlaw, Patricia McMahan, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
