James Michael "Mike" Ogden

Funeral services for Mr. Ogden will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 in Edgewood Hall at Striffler-Hamby 4071 Macon Road Columbus.

Visitation for Mr. Ogden will be from 6-7PM on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at the funeral home.

Mr. Ogden was born on June 16, 1955 in Columbus, GA., to the late William Edward Ogden, Sr., and Betty K. Ogden. In addition to his parents Mr. Ogden was preceded in death by his sister, Gail Taber. Mr. Ogden was employed 25 years with Columbus Dental Lab which he was very instrumental in the construction of the business. He had a passion for Softball and Baseball and was a member of the Senior Softball League. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, and whitewater rafter. He loved his grand babies and being at home with his family enjoying his favorite recliner and his T.V. remote.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Ogden, two step-children, William Cariel, and Sarah Heller, two brothers, Bill (Wanda) Ogden, and Richard Ogden, one sister, Carol (Gary) Grim, three grandchildren, Chad, Cody, and BJ, and two great-granddaughters, Janette, and Autumn.
