Godwin enjoyed reading history novels, doing crossword puzzles, but above all he most enjoyed cooking and baking. He was an excellent cook. He loved to make his famous BBQ sauce and yeast rolls to share with family and friends. He loved to visit Biloxi, Mississippi where he showed off his blackjack skills, "sometimes even winning". He enjoyed his happy hour with Mr. Jack Daniels and Mr. Marlboro light before enjoying his evening meal. He loved being a fur baby daddy to his dachshunds, Susie Q and Sallie Mae. He was surly met by his family and close friends, Monika and Jean at the pearly gates as they welcomed their "Little Shit" back into their fold. He was a kind man who most certainly had a good sense of humor. He had the love and respect of all who knew him-his presence on earth will be missed by all. Rest in peace Godwin.
