James Douglas Clark, 75, of Fortson, Georgia passed away on April 15, 2022. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022 in the Edgewood Hall Chapel of Striffler-Hamby at 4:00PM with visitation one hour prior.
He was born in Louisville, Alabama to the late Jessie Clark and Mildred Clark. He grew up in Stewart County Georgia and was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was a graduate from Stewart County High School and graduated from Columbus Tech. Doug retired from Ft. Benning after 38 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Brenda Dale Clark; two daughters, Shalana Collins and Deana Cook and spouse, Jeff Cook; three granddaughters, Pricilla Bradley, Connie Bradley and Savana Cook.
