Gloria loved babies and kids. She worked for the Muscogee County School District as a cafeteria worker for over 25 years. She was known for her many years at Shaw High School and Downtown Elementary. She also was a Sunday School teacher in the nursery of Fairview Baptist Church, where she served for over thirty years, rocking babies and loving each and everyone. She assisted with the after school program and Vacation Bible School at Edgewood Baptist Church. Her favorite Bible verse was John 3:16 and she showed that same love to every child she came in contact with at school and church. Her love for the Lord was shown by her servants heart. Gloria's sweet spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew and especially loved her.
She is survived by her husband, John Bradshaw, they were married for over 52 years. They enjoyed many years of camping together. Gloria is also survived by her sisters: Pat Wright (Dan) and Harriot Burrow (Jimmy); daughter Debbie Pittman (Lee); grandson Hurston Pittman (Lindsay); granddaughter Amber Bowman; granddaughter Denver Lewis (Patrick); grandson Tyler Bowman (Skyla); great grandkids: Hadlee, Brantley, Lawson, Jude, Aria, Ada, and Riley.
