Frances Erline Caldwell, age 88, of Columbus, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. A graveside service for Frances will be held Monday, December 5, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Parkhill Cemetery, 4161 Macon Rd, Columbus, Georgia.
Erline was born in Dothan, Alabama on July 25, 1934; the daughter of Andrew and Ada Bass. Erline graduated from Baker High School in Columbus. She married Albert Caldwell, Jr. and they made their home in Columbus. Erline was employed as a Finance Clerk for American General Finance. Erline was a strong, yet a loving, and kind person. She enjoyed flowers, cooking, and sewing. She found great joy in making clothes for her family members. Erline loved her family; she cherished them and the opportunity she had to be a wife and a mother.
Erline is survived by her husband of 69 years, Albert Caldwell, Jr.; her son, George, his wife Terrie; and a daughter, Tonya, and her husband, Frank Barnes.
