Cindy was born April 28, 1970 in Columbus, GA to the late Fred Ronald Padgett and Donna Jean Padgett (Shamblin). Cindy married in March 2021 to Thomas “Andy” Lowery.
Cindy is survived by her husband: Andy; her children: Daniel Jordan, Teri (Shane) Jordan, and Nicole Jordan; her grandchildren: SJ, Sariah and Micah; her aunts: Annette (Joseph) Brown, Joyce Leeth; her uncle: Gene (Nancy) Padgett and many cousins. She was preceded in death by both parents: Fred and Donna Padgett; both brothers: Donnie and Ronnie Padgett, and many uncles.
Cindy was full of life and full of love. She enjoyed taking joy rides with her husband, taking spontaneous trips and couldn’t wait for the next big adventure. She loved spending time with her children and she adored her grandchildren. She also enjoyed the simple things in life like watching a herd of deer that came to her house daily, she loved a colorful sky, and she could belt out as good a ‘HOOT’ as any of the owls surrounding her home on any given evening. Cindy was a pillar amongst her family and friends and she will be missed tremendously.
