Charles was an IT Progrmmer at Parker Han where he met his wife, Rose. They got married in 1989 and spent 34 years together. He enjoyed traveling, country music, and loved attending concerts and playing cards. Charles also served in the US Army.
He is survived by his loving wife; Rose Wilkey, 3 out of 13 siblings; Wanda, Pam, and George, 3 children; Roxane Valestin (David), Ed Ankebrant (Petra), Gina Schirmer (Tony), 7 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
Charles was a loving husband, stepfather, grandfather, and great grandfather. His gentle spirit and heart of gold will be missed dearly.
The family has chosen to have private funeral services.
