Carol Culpepper Weaver

Carol Culpepper Weaver, 65, of Phenix City, AL, died peacefully at her home, Sunday, May 10, 2015 after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services are scheduled on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at 11:00am in Edgewood Hall of Striffler-Hamby, 4071 Macon Rd. Columbus, GA. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 6:00-8:00pm.

Mrs. Weaver was born September 24, 1949 in Talbotton, GA to the late William F. Culpepper Jr. and the late Geraldine Ginn Culpepper Justice. She enjoyed traveling, antique shopping, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Weaver graduated from Baker High School and retired from Alabama Power Company.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Jimmy H. Weaver of Phenix City, AL; son, Jimmy (Jimbo) and Robin Weaver of Phenix City, AL; son, Ken Weaver of Phenix City AL; brother, Larry F. Culpepper and Deborah Mills Culpepper of Ellerslie, GA; sister, Laura Culpepper Ray and Bubba Ray of Columbus, GA; grandchildren, Kendall Weaver, Garret Weaver, Ally Weaver, Leslie Lorentz, Blake Lorentz; and several nieces and nephews.
