Celebration of life services will be held at Striffler-Hamby Funeral Home Macon Rd Columbus
GA on July 13, 2023 at 7:00 pm, visitation will be that same day at 6:00 pm.
She was born October 18, 1945 to Michael and Inella Elinski in Warren PA, because her father
was military she and her brother and sisters were Army brats ending up in Columbus GA where
she met her future husband.
She married Heinz-Walter (Butch) Kuhn July 15, 1963 in Phenix City, AL. They relocated to the
metro Atlanta area where they had two children Dawne Marie and Russell Allen, living in the
Atlanta area until they retired to Cusseta in 1998.
She is preceded in death by brother - Michael (Mikey), sister - Sherree Ann, and her parents
Michael and Inella. Her survivors include husband - Heinz-Walter (Butch), daughter - Dawne
(Brian), son - Allen (Jaymee), granddaughter - Korri and numerous sisters, nieces and
nephews.
Mom - you lived your life quietly not really making a fuss. You
enjoyed being outside messing with your flowers, you loved music
and most of all your family. You taught us the importance of family
and how to be independent. You’ll forever be missed and always
in our hearts.
