Thomas Bell Caskey

COLUMBIA - Thomas Bell Caskey, 51, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2023. Born in Columbia, he was the son of John Caskey and the late Louise Lane Caskey. He worked as a financial adviser with TCG Wealth Management. He graduated from Heathwood Hall Episcopal School and the University of SC.

An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing, boating and snow skiing. He loved Gamecock football, going to concerts and spending time with his family and friends. He was a member of Trinity Episcopal Cathedral.

Surviving are his wife of ten years, Beverly Parker Caskey; father, John Bell Caskey; sister, Elise Caskey Washington; niece, Louise Lane Washington; nephews, Carey Alexander Washington III, John Bell Washington, Parker James Prettyman, Zackery Boyd Prettyman; niece, Bess Rose Borntreger; brother-in-law, Donald Nix Parker; sisters-in-law, Barbara Prettyman (Lewis), Brandy Collins; and his faithful furry companions, Rosie and Daisy Mae. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by a brother, John Lane Caskey.

A memorial service for Mr. Caskey will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2024 at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The SCOA Cares Foundation or the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation.
