COLUMBIA - Terry DeWayne Goins, Sr., 46, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 5, 2017. Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel officiated by Bishop Eddie Fleming. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery Park in Sumter, S.C... The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until 1:30 pm on Wednesday at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine St. Chapel prior to the service. Terry was born July 2, 1971 in Sumter. He loved and lived life to the fullest, he will be remembered by his loving disposition and as a “Mr. Fix-IT.” In addition to his father, Billy Joe Goins, Sr., he is predeceased by his brother; Joey Goins, and his grandparents. Survivors include, his parents Barbara and Vernon Jacobs; his son, Terry DeWayne (Wayne) Goins, Jr.; two sisters, Sharon Shealey (Robert), Renee Everett (Todd), a brother, Henry ”H.C.” Goins; step-mom, Kathleen Goins; a very special caring aunt, Sherwin Welch; nieces and nephews, Lauren, Jacob, and Rachel Shealey, Ansley and Corbyn Player, Ella and Jesse Everett; and the apple of his eye, great niece, Piper Watford.
