Suzanne Rouse Stork

COLUMBIA - Memorial service for Suzanne Rouse Stork, 72, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 22, 2015, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 until 11:00 a.m. at the church. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family. Mrs. Stork died Friday, June 19, 2015. Born in Fayetteville, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Louie L. Rouse and Louise Holland Rouse. She was a graduate of Fayetteville Senior High School and Methodist University, Fayetteville, N.C. Mrs. Stork was an elementary school teacher and an active member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Surviving are her husband, S. Paul Stork; daughters, Katherine S. Buescher (Chris), Anne S. Stewart (Jim); son, William S. Stork (Lindsey); grandchildren, Caroline, Elizabeth, Suzanne and Christopher Buescher, Alston and Sydney Stewart, Blythe and Spence Stork; brother, Louie Livingston Rouse, Jr. (Joyce); and sister, Belinda Hawley (Ted). In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters, Constance Parks and Patricia Jackson.
