Susan D. Moore
September 28, 1949 – April 17, 2023
IN THE CARE OF
West Columbia, South Carolina - Cpt. Susan D. Moore went to be with the lord peacefully on April 17th, 2023. There will be a graveside service Monday, April 24, 2023, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery at Noon.
Susan was born September 28th, 1949 at Highsmith Hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina to William Clifton Moore and Lillian Moore.
She was a decorated head nurse in the Army and a veteran of Vietnam. She continued her service to the community for over 30 years working for Blue Cross Blue Shield in Columbia, SC.
She loved working on her classic cars and spending time with her friends, family, and beloved pet Shiloh.
She will be survived By Michael Moore, Kimberly Gilbert, Katerina Moore, and Norma Moore.
