Sandra was a longtime employee of Pharmore Pharmacy in Harbison. She worked as a cashier, and in the video department. Sandra loved watching science fiction shows and movies. She was a member of the West Columbia Assembly and the Order of the Rainbow for Girls No. 36.
She is survived by her brother, James Charles “Charlie” Smith (Jill) of West Columbia, SC; sister, Melissa Westcott (Patrick) of Irmo, SC; nieces, Shannon Keisler (Lee) of Gilbert, SC and Teresa Westcott of Irmo, SC; also nephews, Jamie Smith (Lyndsay) of West Columbia, SC and Conor Westcott (Chloe) of Columbia SC.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Margaret McLean.
A visitation will be held for Sandra at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 8, 2023 at Elmwood Funeral Home located at 501 Elmwood Avenue, Columbia, SC 29201 followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. A burial will take place at Elmwood Cemetery after the service.
