Patricia Louise Gerhart

Patricia Louise Gerhart, 83, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022. Born in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, she was a daughter of the late Horace Winkler and Elva Heavener Winkler. She grew up in Bucks County, PA, lived in Claiborne County, Tennessee, and her best years were spent in Blythewood, Richland County, SC. Patricia loved spending hours in her flower gardens weeding, planting, mulching the beds and watching the birds eating from her bird feeders. She enjoyed watching all the farm animals frolic and play in the fields beside the house. Most of all, she believed in and loved her Lord Jesus Christ.

Surviving her are her husband, Douglas Gerhart; daughters, Vickie Schoenly, Kim Hausman and husband Mark, Holly Yeary and husband Ronald, and Kristy Melton; sons, Michael Barron and Ronald Rosenberger Jr. and wife Karen; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one on the way; brother, Stanley Winkler (Adele); and three sisters, Jeanette Yerkes, Mary Hess, and Artis Wolfinger.

She was preceded in death by her infant son David; and brothers, Harold, Horace, David and sister Audrey.

Services will be held at the family home, to be announced at a later date. Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, is assisting the family.
