COLUMBIA - A funeral service for Mary Frances Love, 92, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2022 at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial in Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Love died Saturday, July 23, 2022. Born in Gaffney, she was a daughter of the late Boyce Robert and Roma Ellen Paris McCullough. She was a former owner of Love’s Appliances and Love’s Jewelers. Mary was a longtime manager in Sears. She was honored as insurance woman of the year for her sales recognitions. Mary loved traveling and traveled all over the world with her family. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
Surviving is her son, William Bird Love Jr. of Columbia. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, William Bird Love and a brother, William Cobb.
