Maria Judith "Judy" Texidor Morales

COLUMBIA “A Dios te dejamos mi tesorito.” A memorial service for Maria Judith “Judy” Morales, 60, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at International Praise Church of God. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Northeast Chapel, 4219 Hard Scrabble Road, Columbia, SC 29223. Mrs. Morales died Thursday, July 16, 2015. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Julian and Mariana Lugo Texidor and the widow of Felix A. Morales. Beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend, she loved to be with her family and always had a smile on her face. She loved babysitting and taking care of kids. She was an excellent cook and loved to plant flowers. She served in the U.S. Army and was a member of International Praise Church of God. She loved dancing and listening to music and will be greatly missed. Surviving are her sons, Felix A. Morales II, Felix M. Morales; daughter, Anabel Morales; granddaughter, Gianna M. Morales; brothers, Daniel Lugo, Pedro Texidor, Jaime Gonzales, Miguel Texidor, Efrain Texidor; sisters, Lydia Texidor, Guillermina Viera, Guillermina Texidor; brother-in-law, Miguel Morales; sisters-in-law, Emma Lugo, Rosa Texidor; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
